Rascals’ & the Australian Street Team

Yo, everybody, what’s up? I hope you all had a fun and enjoyable holiday.

I just remembered, some of you on this list are over seas and you didn't celebrate Thanksgiving so you didn't have a holiday. Well, sorry you missed it, but over here we were all busy eating anything that moves. Mostly turkeys, but cats, pigeons, horse, and deer sometimes make it to the table. It mostly depends on the family budget and where one lives.

We have two shows left this year before I take off for a six week road trip. The big show for us is this Friday at Rascals’ and this is the last big one for the year. The last time we played at Rascals was a blast and a half, and we hope to repeat it or surpass it this time. For those of you who still haven’t seen the band yet, this show is highly recommended.

After my trip, which I will tell you more about in my last message to all of you before I leave, we’ll kick things off again in February at Tiger O’ Stylies

The band made great progress this year, but we have tons of work to do when I get back and I’m hoping to make this a very busy 2008. There are four videos that we will have up on the website with one being finished up right now. I’m also planning on starting the next CD as it appears I now know where I’ll be recording.

In other good news, it seems we have some huge young fans in Australia, and two of them named Sarah & Jeannie have started a myspace Australian street team page for us. They’re working hard to promote us by sending CD’s to radio stations, spreading the word online, and selling CD’s. It’s extremely encouraging to know that we have some highly enthusiastic fans on the other side of the world telling people about us. Now if we could just find a whole lot more of them.
